 Thomas McCormack is a supply chain technology executive with more than 35 years of experience helping distribution organizations improve operational performance through technology, process optimization, and executive leadership.

Tom's expertise combines warehouse operations, engineering, information technology, and business strategy to drive operational excellence. His experience spans warehouse management systems, automation, robotics, systems integration, enterprise architecture, and large-scale operational transformation.

As former Chief Information Officer of Taylored Services, Tom led Information Technology, Engineering, and the Project Management Office while supporting one of North America's fastest-growing third-party logistics providers. During his tenure, the organization transformed from a regional provider into a national operation, significantly improved profitability, and was ultimately acquired by Yusen Logistics in a $209 million transaction.

Tom has directed greenfield distribution center startups, enterprise WMS implementations, warehouse automation initiatives, complex customer integrations, and digital transformation programs supporting hundreds of millions of annual shipments across multi-site distribution networks

Today, through TNT Strategic Alliance, he advises logistics providers, manufacturers, retailers, and private equity-backed organizations on supply chain strategy, warehouse optimization, technology modernization, and operational excellence. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for ESP Logistics Technology, providing strategic guidance on emerging logistics technologies and AI-driven supply chain asset management.
